Delivery Policy

We deliver to the requested address by leaving in a safe place near the front door and emailing or texting you when this has been done.  We use Australia Post eParcel for posting which includes tracking.  Shipping costs are calculated in the shopping cart and will be added to the order total before checkout. Orders are dispatched within 3 business days and you will be notified of any delays. We generally only ship locally within Australia.  Contact us directly for shipping outside of Australia. Please note that Australia Post may be experiencing delays due to Covid-19 restrictions

Refund Policy

Please choose carefully as we do not generally give refunds for change of mind.  For exchange or credit where goods are faulty, or different to the website please contact us.
