2019 Annabel Sparkling

100% Chardonnay, barrel fermented and produced via the traditional method of secondary fermentation in bottle. The nose has suggestions of young green banana, lemon curd, green apple skins and spiced fresh almond croissants. The palate is where this really shines, conveying a creamy texture and delicately citrus flavour profile. The mousse is fresh and fine, with good length and plump, smooth texture. This beautiful sparkling will develop more complex and toasty flavours in the years to come. Bronze Medal — Geographe Wine Show 2020.

Food pairing: Oysters, soft cheeses, smoked salmon, light canapés, and fresh seafood. Perfect as an aperitif or to celebrate a special occasion.
