2022 Emma French Oaked Chardonnay

2022 Emma Chardonnay Ray Jordan Wine Review 2024

Chardonnay grapes were hand-picked and whole bunch pressed then 100% wild fermented in new and used French oak barriques (a combination of new and seasoned), then aged on lees for 10 months.  The result is a rich mouthful of wine with nutty almond/marzipan, cookie dough, struck match, stewed pears and grapefruit compete and contribute to a long zesty finish.
