2023 Jean Single Vineyard Rosé

Made from Mataro (aka Mourvèdre) grapes, the juice was settled clear and fermented cool to retain natural fruitiness. Nectarine fruit characters dominate the nose, backed by fresh strawberry, hints of honeycomb and a maraschino cherry lift. The palate is fresh and vibrant with crisp acid, hints of grapefruit, sage and bay leaf. Refreshing with sweet hints but a long, clean dry finish. Silver Medal — Geographe Wine Show 2024.
