2023 James Shiraz - Single Vineyard

Filled with aromas of ripe stewed fruits, prunes and spicy fennel and liquorice. The palate is rich and round showing hints of stewed plum, blackberry and raspberry. Slick tannins are mouth-filling and balanced by soft acid. The wine has great length supported by hints of cardamom and coriander root from quality new oak. Excellent drinking now or will improve with cellaring for many years to come. Silver Medal — Geographe Wine Show 2025.

Food pairing: Slow-roasted lamb, fillet steak, mature cheeses, mushroom risotto, and hearty pasta dishes.
