Lifted ripe berries on the nose supported by hints of vanilla. Abundant berries (of the raspberry and strawberry persuasion) flood the palate, while the acidity balances the exuberance of the fruit. The finish is laden with lingering exotic spice: saffron, white pepper, raspberry leaf tea, rosewater and crushed pistachio. The palate is rich and refreshing. It has a lovely strawberries and cream character supported by a balanced acidity that helps the wine finish fruity, clean and fresh.
