2023 Emma Single Vineyard Chardonnay

Emma Chardonnay has complex aromas of roasted nuts and hints of red apple.  The palate is rich and has intense flavours of crème brûlée and a twist of juicy lemon minerality. The flavour has great length and finishes with a toasted hazelnut character. These Chardonnay grapes have been hand picked and whole bunch pressed then 100% wild fermented in new and used French Oak barriques.  Excellent to drink now or will only improve over time.
