2023 Emma Single Vineyard Chardonnay

Complex aromas of roasted nuts and hints of red apple. The palate is rich with intense flavours of crème brûlée and a twist of juicy lemon minerality. The flavour has great length and finishes with a toasted hazelnut character. Hand picked and whole bunch pressed, then 100% wild fermented in new and used French Oak barriques. Excellent to drink now or will only improve over time. Gold Medal — Geographe Wine Show 2025. 95 Points.

Food pairing: Roast chicken, grilled fish, creamy pasta, soft brie, and dishes with butter or cream sauces.
